As if anyone needed any reminding, Pope Benedict XVI visited England and Scotland on a four-day visit between 16th and 19th September 2010.

A visit which had been anticipated with hope within the Roman Catholic community and with a degree of scepticism in some parts of the media, ultimately captured hearts and minds across the country.
